As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, under Articles 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), implementing Directive 2011/83/EU.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, before the 14-day period expires. You can:

• email support@razorpadel.com with your order number, or
• use the model withdrawal form in Section 05 (its use is optional).

To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery cost (we do not refund any extra cost arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard option we offer).

We make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same payment method you used for the order, at no extra charge. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. For Italy and the EU, return shipping is free using the prepaid label we provide; outside the EU, the direct cost of return is borne by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, including sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, and goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Most Razor products are fully returnable; any item excluded from withdrawal will be flagged on its product page.
